The game involved two to four players. Each player in turn draws the number of bones required. The stock of bones left behind is called the boneyard. The player with the highest double must lead by playing that double. If no player has a double, the heaviest bone is played. The winner of the previous play is the leader for the next (any bone).
The next player, and all players in turn, must play a bone with an end that matches one of the open ends of the chain. Players who cannot match must draw bones from the boneyard. If the boneyard is exhausted, the player passes turn. Do not miss the turn if there is matches or boneyard (exception - 'Take one' mode).
As soon as the player move last bone, he finishes a party. The finishing player scores a point for each spot on each bone still held by each opponent. If the players are blocked and no legal plays are left, then each player scores a point for each spot on each bone still held by each opponent.
The game ends when the winner is determined. The winner will be the player finished the first and got winning sum of points. The loser will be the player with the least points at the moment of the ending of last party.
